Step One: Call Us
Setting up your first appointment with Joe Pinney Family Dentistry is easy! Just give us call at 501.835.1130. Carla or Susan will help you decide what type of appointment you need and will help you decide on date and time that is convenient for you. If you need directions to our office, see the handy maps in Find Us section.
Step Two: Patient Information
When you arrive at our office on the day of your appointment, you'll be asked to fill out a Patient Information Sheet with your health history for our files. In order to have plenty of time to complete your paperwork, you might want to plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Step Three: Insurance Information
Please bring your insurance card with you when you arrive for your first visit. We'll make a copy of it for your records. Our billing department will file insurance for you. However, charges for services not covered by insurance are the patient's responsibility and will be due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements are made.
